Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://bookkeepermuskegon.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Wrights SBPBT LLC reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Services. Wrights SBPBT LLC provides Bookkeeping, Tax Preparation, Tax Planning, Payroll Services and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Wrights SBPBT LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Warranty Disclaimer. Wrights SBPBT LLC makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Limitation. In no event will Wrights SBPBT LLC's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Wrights SBPBT LLC from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by MI law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in MI for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
